Our leadership

DFA Management was founded in 2003 and is led by a team of senior business veterans with “Big 4”, entrepreneurial, and business leadership experience. Our skills are rooted in the domains of sourcing, procurement, negotiations, audit, manufacturing, logistics, professional services, medical science, and proprietary software.

Our leadership team has a special blend of vertical industry knowledge and category sourcing expertise. The DFA Management leaders have an average of twenty years experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations, contract development and compliance, the design and implementation of e-procurement and strategic sourcing capabilities. All are advanced degree prepared.

Our approach involves the direct participation of our leadership team on each and every engagement. The art of the sourcing process is most visible as we formulate and implement the negotiation strategy. It is here, in this artistic process, that our team applies its mature, professional craftsmanship to generate the optimum results.
